First Snow

We have been very busy this year. As a mom I feel like my kids haven't had a whole lot of "Christmas" just yet, but late yesterday afternoon it started to snow and the kids broke out all their cold weather gear and played and went sledding. It was so quiet outside (except of course for the cries of sheer glee coming from my kids). What a wonderful way to end a day in this busy holiday season. Christmas is coming. I can feel it now, and I'm sure the kids can too.
