At our school "Spectra Art" is a program taught by parent volunteers in every class. Each class has art for one hour every other week. It is a fantastic program. The kids learn some amazing techniques and create incredible pieces of art. To culminate the entire year the school has a "Fine Arts Night" at which the kids favorite pieces of art are mounted and displayed. In addition each class creates a piece of art which is displayed and auctioned off. The proceeds go to support the Spectra Art Program at our school. Connor's class did something really cool . It's the fifth picture down on the left side.
