We had a most excellent FHE given by Sadie this week. She taught us about the Word of Wisdom, and as our fun and creative activity we made two lists of healthy and non healthy foods/misc. The kids really liked the writing and coloring. The babies even added a bit of their own handy work.
Job well done Sadie.
